- if he is one of the television people that promise you they can get you out of debt if they send you their free cd and book. But none of that stuff works, i can promise you that.

Call your credit companies to ask them to lower your rates. Start paying each card or loan off - you can start with the highest interest rate if you want to save the most money, or start with the lowest balance if you want to see progress.
