because at the end of X-men 3 Magneto moved the chess piece without touching it after being cured, also after the credits Proffesor Xavier wasn't dead he was in a new body, and on the dvd case of X-men the Last Stand it says 'GREAT ACTION...THE GREATEST 'X-MEN' MOVIE YET!'

X-Men and Spiderman are going to join together, like in the comics, for both of their 4th movies. That's the rumor.

The thought is to do indivisual stories (Wolverine is first in line)
no x-men 4 movie but there will be a Magneto (2009) and Wolverine (2008)
It's a possibility. Representatives at Fox claim that X3 is the final installment in a trilogy, and all that we've heard from Marvel is that they're going to take some time to decide what they want to do with the franchise before they make any more full-fledged X-Men movies. What they are doing right now is scripting spin-off films for both Magneto and Wolverine, and talking about making films for Mystique and Emma Frost (which is a weird choice; I don't even remember her being in the trilogy, but i guess it's cool). I'm not sure what they're doing with the Wolverine movie, but last I heard, Magneto's was a prequel, which I think has a lot of potential. Halle Berry has said before that if they do an X4, she'll be there, which is reassuring, because part of the challenge in getting these movies made is getting together a huge cast of A-list actors all at the same time.
Im going to say no, because no one else has. Maybe, they will not make another one, just to piss us all off. But i hope they do. Im still hanging out to see wolverine in yellow spandex. haha.

Not that I know of but Wolverine the movie is set for a year 2008 release.
