Why can humanity create nukes , spacecraft and not cures for aids or alternative fuel?
why do scientists always avoid the truth and try to create explanations for stuff that is obvious then claim credit for inventing or discovering it when it was oready there before they were born well actually answer is most scientists are doing there work not for humanity but for money and i am far from confused ;)

- We can't 'create' alternate fuel. Its energy has to come from somewhere. There are LOTS of alternate fuels though. When they become economically viable they will be utilized. The other part of your question can be rephrased. Why can we solve some problems and not others? The answer, of course, is that some problems are easier than others. Regarding aids though: We know how to prevent it.
- I think you are a very confused person. Stay in school.
- Actually, I don't believe we have every found a cure for any viral disease. Can you name one (not a vaccination, a cure).
