Book was ordered and billed to my credit card on 10/26/06, but I have not received and have called about 15 times. I have left 5 messages on billing department and about 5 on when to get my order. You were quick enough to take my order, but I have to wait 20 minutes for someone to pick up and then an answering machine picks up, takes my name and number but, I have never been called back and this has been going on for over a week.
