Why does Christians give people such little credit?
I think we deserve way more credit than you give us. Just look how far we have come! We journeyed a long way to become the dominate creatures on this planet. We have doubled our life spans, look at all of your inventions, modern medicines, and everyday objects you use. One thing I have noticed is that Christians give humans no credit at all. They view us as dirty, no good, sinners that would be completely lost without this "merciful" god. When ever I ask why is their so much bad in this world Christians always say "it's mans fault" or something like that. Lets be honest here, when was the last time the bible cured your disease? So why do you give man so little credit? I think they take 10 steps back every time they go to church.

- Really, we shouldn't get any glory (credit) for anything, because we are given the ability to do anything by God. He is the reason we lived, and our purpose is to give him glory. I praise god for all of my afflictions, because that allows me to grow closer to him
- Christians are taught that everything that even remotely makes you human so you can enjoy life is wrong. The bible basically says that humans are disgusting useless creatures worth nothing without their god to hold them by the hand even though he's totally invisible and you have to prostrate yourself to him like a slave. Just read it. It makes them feel guilty for EVERYTHING.
