Does anyone have a copy of the Suze Orman 2009 action plan eBook?

It was given away as a free download on the Oprah site and people are also selling it on ebay....help?

1. Great book I gave it to my son and daughter in law
2. Wow, wouldn't that infringe on copyright laws if people are selling her work on Ebay? Especially since it was a free download.
