The cs@itvventures.com website will not let me request the return, as the instruction paper stated to use for Customer Satisfaction & the phone 1-978-299-2298 computer states that there is a 20 minute wait, and I've waited 30 minutes, and they just automatically disconnect you....what a scam!!!!!

- Look up his name on the internet.. you will find out all kinds of information that he does not tell anyone in his book. Try contacting the attorney general's office in your state. They will probably be able to help you or direct you to the right office. Good luck.
