- yes, stupis me bought it when it first come out and I even went to all the vitamins trying stuff, its just a bunch of bullshit!
- I have the book and while most things in the book make sense, I don't like that you have to go to his website and pay money to get specific information about products that he recommends. It's a business and he's got a mortgage to pay. Is it a scam, no, I think it's just business. You could find the information for free if you did a good search on the Internet.
