Has anyone bought into TRANSFORMING DEBT into WEALTH by JOHN CUMMUTA?

Is this a scam? Does it work?

You will do 1000% better to spend $15-25 on Dave Ramsey's "Total Money Makeover" book. We have been following it for 3 yrs. It is simple & practical. You do not need to "transform" your debt into anything. You need to pay it off, THEN you will have control of your income & have NO TROUBLE investing & building wealth. I have no idea about this John person, but Dave Ramsey was a millionaire before he was 30 (using leverage to buy properties) & went bankrupt. He is now a millionaire again & did it without using debt! So, as far as I am concerned, he is in a good position to tell me how to do the same. Debt is NOT a tool (no matter what Robert Kiyosaki or Donald Trump say). It is just a black hole that sucks up any extra money you have in interest payments.
Its not a scam..its legit! Look into it. I don't know the basics but couldn't hurt! Good Luck!
