how can i contact suze orman or someone on her team? i am a young broker who is working tremendously hard to make it in a very difficult business. suze orman seems to have nothing positive to say about anyone in my industry. however, i am one of the few here that really wants to help people rather than make money off of them. I am struggling now and really not making any money at all. i am on the verge of not making it in this cutthroat business. rather than write suze orman a letter yelling at her for all of her articles, i would like to write to her and ask her, since she is so full of advice, what i should do. should i leave the business? or should i focus on certain areas and products. i strongly believe that when it comes to regular investors, they are influenced by her articles and it makes my life difficult. any advice?
Why does Suze Orman say to put your 401k rollover from previous employer in traditional IRA? Suze Orman gives advice that people should rollover your previous employment 401k into traditional IRA. Then she says that in 2010 to move this traditional IRA money to a Roth IRA. Several Questions: 1. What is a "traditional" IRA? 2. What is the logic/benefit to move it to a Roth IRA in 2010? 3. Won't it get taxed once it is moved to Roth IRA? If not, why not?

I watch Suze Orman almost every single week and I constantly hear her advise folks to rollover 401Ks with former employers to an IRA at a discount brokerage firm. What does she mean by discount brokerage firm? Is Vanguard considered a "discount brokerage firm?"
Have YOU used the debt elimination programs of Suze Orman, John Cummuta or The Good Sense Ministry? Suze Orman is on the CNBC late night cable program (Saturdays) from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, giving financial advice and offering her debt elimination solutions, John Cummuta has a program called "Transforming Debt Into Wealth" and is marketed by the Nightingale-Conant Corporation out of Chicago and The Good Sense Ministry markets a budget and debt elimination program called "Good Sense" through Christian churches around the country. They are out of Wheaton, Illinois. They all have been around for a while, all claim very good results, and all are very well respected. In addition they are all marketed by some very sound, well recognized and reputable people in the industry. Please give me some GOOD feedback. If you have used any of these programs, I'd be very interested in your experience, GOOD or BAD. Please be honest. Between Orman and Howard, I prefer Orman because she understands how money works and knows what the best ways you should invest your money. Peddling really bad information. I'm not exagerating either...not one person in our industry that I have visited with, likes what she has to say. What do you think? Why do people try to ham it up for Suze Orman? The hamster told me to look at the answers to Suze Orman's question. Now sure, it was a pretty good question, but I don't think it was necesary for 100 or so people to write comments like "great answer," "great question", etc. Are these people trying to eke their way into the limelight, hoping a bathrobe-clad Suze Orman holding a cup of hot tea is going to log in, see the 43rd comment of how she asked a great question so she will type a personal thank-you to him/her? Personally, I enjoyed reading the negative comments, especially the ones that reveal this kind of behavior! They're so much funnier and more entertaining!

Who do you like better...Suze Orman or Dave Ramsey? I have always listened to Suze Orman...I think she worries too much about that FICO score... I just recently heard of Dave Ramsey through some friends and coworkers. I have to disagree with him about paying off the smallest debt first...I think the debt with the highest interest should be paid first...
