How does the John Cummuta debt reduction system work? http://www.nightingale.com/LandingPages/tpromo_tdiwl7.aspx There are supposedly forms you can complete that enable you to apply more to the principal (less to the interest) without exceeding your normal monthly payment. I called my mortgage company; they said there are no such forms and that the principal and interest are amortized throughout the 30 years of the loan... That the amoritization schedule could not be altered... That you could only reduce your principal by paying more than your monthly payment (and indicating that the extra should be applied to principal). If that's so, how could the system possibly work? They (John Cummuta) told me I could pay off my 30 year loan (27 left) in 7 years.

Suze Orman is on the CNBC late night cable program (Saturdays) from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, giving financial advice and offering her debt elimination solutions, John Cummuta has a program called "Transforming Debt Into Wealth" and is marketed by the Nightingale-Conant Corporation out of Chicago and The Good Sense Ministry markets a budget and debt elimination program called "Good Sense" through Christian churches around the country. They are out of Wheaton, Illinois. They all have been around for a while, all claim very good results, and all are very well respected. In addition they are all marketed by some very sound, well recognized and reputable people in the industry. Please give me some GOOD feedback. If you have used any of these programs, I'd be very interested in your experience, GOOD or BAD. Please be honest. Will sharing the John Cummuta program (for free) on Yahoo Answers get me in trouble? I have gotten the program and returned it (within the 30day trial) and know what the program is. Advertisments state that you can pay off your house in less than 7 years, and its true for most people, but it's not just for your home. Its for all of your debt. Your home is the very last thing you will pay off.
